QUIZ RECAP

It was a fun, packed night at Great Change, and everyone had a good time. If you don't remember having a good time, TRUST ME, you had a good time. Lots of friendly faces made their way out, and many of you got to meet your potential new Quizmaster. What, do you think I do this for the fun of it and the glamour? OK, well, actually, I DO do it for the fun. Glamour is just a side benefit.

Anyway, there was some tight competition, and it came to a head in the final rounds. Flashing Toxic Trivia Monkeys never lost the lead, but they were tied at the top for a number of rounds. They took first place and a gift card for $25 at the end of the night with 72 points. In second place, Some People And Some Barrels missed out on a chance to dethrone FTTM by not doing down in the final round, but, as they say, hindsight is 20/400, or something like that. Get your eyes checked, people! Optical health is important. What was I saying? Oh, yes. Some People ended up 3 points out at 68. Rounding out the top 3, Futbol Is Life took third place with 55, earning them a $10 gift card, and all those gift cards are worth beer money, and that's just as good as cash.

We did a quick preview of what you can expect from Survey Slam, and a free beer was given out for the first correct answer, and a fun time was had by all.
