Grunions Sports Bar & Grill is a South Bay local landmark. It’s been a local’s favorite spot to watch any major (and even minor) sporting event while eating the best pub food around. It all started in 1974 when Grunions Sports Bar & Grill opened its doors in Manhattan Beach, CA. The mission then, as it is today, was to provide a place where people can go and enjoy great food and drinks while cheering on their favorite sports teams, in a comfortable (and family friendly) environment where everyone is treated like a regular even if it’s their first visit. What a game we had on Tuesday night at Grunions in Manhattan Beach. No, I'm not referring to Game 6 of the World Series, where the Dodgers played hard to tie things up. I meant the great game of trivia we played afterwards with a few dedicated teams. For some of these teams it was their first time playing trivia, and now they're definitely coming back to Grunions next Tuesday to play. Like the World Series, it all came down to the very end, with Jewrassic Park Jew: Electric Jewgaloo beating Team Toyota by a single point! Thanks everyone for playing our special Halloween-themed trivia game — you're awesome 🙂
