About Grunions Sports Bar & Grill

Grunions Sports Bar & Grill is a South Bay local landmark. It’s been a local’s favorite spot to watch any major (and even minor) sporting event while eating the best pub food around. It all started in 1974 when Grunions Sports Bar & Grill opened its doors in Manhattan Beach, CA. The mission then, as it is today, was to provide a place where people can go and enjoy great food and drinks while cheering on their favorite sports teams, in a comfortable (and family friendly) environment where everyone is treated like a regular even if it’s their first visit. After 2 weeks at the top, We're Fine fell to their demise (a.k.a. 5th place). For our top place finishers, the always strong and steady Quiztopher Walken ended the game in 3rd place. Meanwhile Daddy got their groove back with several successful Double attempts - as well as several successful NON Double attempts - which are equally as important! 😉 This allowed them to have a massive lead nearly the entire game until the resilient Team Plutonium made a large stride in the final round causing a tie between the two for 1st place! In the end, the final winner would prove to be Team Plutonium! Kudos to B Team for winning the Drinking Round by successfully coming closest to guessing the total run time (in seconds) of my favorite movie, Back to the Future Part II! They go to the past AND the future - what's not to love?! 🙂
