QUIZ RECAP

Nine, count 'em, nine teams in attendance at the Heritage Pizza & Tap Room last night!  MASEN'S COMPUTER, normally the top dog in the room, had to play solo though, and finished seventh.  Newbies IRISH GOODBYE did well despite finishing in sixth.  (And, I learned what an Irish Goodbye is!  Seems I've been one...)  CLOWN BABY and BLOOD, BATH & BEYOND finished fifth and fourth respectively, just outside the winner's circle.  

The victors:  TBD zonked into third place.  The ROCKERFELLERS (no relation) snagged second while PICKLES ON A PLATE, on a blood thirsty revenge tour, devoured first place with two successful Double-or-Nothing's! 

Lots of ensuing hilarity occurred.  The haiku framed QOTD asking what year the moon landing happened was also restated for anyone identifying as a "Moon Hoaxer" as "What year did the hoaxers put one over on us?"  Jumanji came up as an answer several times during the game, for different questions on different Rounds.  Jumanji was never the correct answer.  Jumanji must've been in the collective consciouness.  Anyone want to speculate on that?  Finally, style points were awarded for identifying the Wizard of Oz Pinball Machine artwork as the Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.
