KingTrivia was on at Hey 19 Public House in Torrance last night. 7 teams ready to go including a young lady and her infant! All teams got off to a great start in Rd. 1 but after that it became a 3 team race between 3 of our regulars. Faculty Lounge is a very fun group of teachers who alway play tough. Don't Suck is a registered team currently in 48th who will be in the Tournament of Champions. Baby Yoda is a family group with little 4 year old Olive and they love to change their name every week. Baby Mama gave it her best while she was feeding her infant, so if nothing else she got the award for bravery playing by herself and tending to her baby!
It was very close between the 3 teams heading into Rd.6 but Faculty Lounge showed their knowledge of literature and double correctly to put them in a great spot. In the end, Don't Suck came in 3rd (they didn't have their full team) and we had to go to the tie break question to determine 1st and 2nd. Faculty Lounge guessed closet and got 1st and Baby Yoda took second. All threee received Hey 19 gift cards as well.
