About Hop Merchants Bottle Shop & Taproom

Hop Merchants Bottle Shop & Taproom is a craft beer bottle shop and tasting room. We offer 16 rotating taps of Los Angeles-area beer as well as a wide variety of bottles and cans from your favorite independent breweries, which you can purchase to go or to enjoy in-house (with $1.50 corkage).  We also have an open food policy, meaning outside food is welcome and delivery is even encouraged. It's all good!

Located in the NoHo Arts District of North Hollywood, California, our mission is to channel our passion for great beer, community, and create a fun, chill atmosphere for people to hang, drink, shop and debate the deeper mysteries of life...such as who would win in a fistfight between Batman and Captain America? What's the difference between partly cloudy and partly sunny?  If the Zombie Apocalypse started today, what would be your weapon of choice?  Why are there no such thing as B batteries?  If humans evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?

Hop Merchants Bottle Shop & Taproom was packed tonight as 11 large teams competed in hard hitting trivia. Quizmaster Yael made her Hop Merchants debut with a game that saw teams all over the place as they dropped and skyrocketed from the top and bottom of the roster all night long.

We Have A Bad Feeling About This spent most of the night close to, or sometimes in, last place, but eventually jumped to 5th by the final round. Beelzebub ultimately dominated, earning First Prize, followed by The Keg and Hey Mommy! who ended in 2nd and third respectively. 

Although only the top teams won a prize this time around, there's always next week!
