QUIZ RECAP

Ten bang 'em up teams converged on the Public House last night to bash it out and hash it out with their brains. In public. It was exciting. I had to keep reminding them it was just a game, but there was no talking to them: they were ravenous for competition. Blood was in the air and they all wanted it.

Fifth over all but first in the drinking round was Focaccia. In honor of the night's regular host Max, the game was called "What The Hell Happened To Max?" in which people from each team came up to the mic to offer their best theory about where the hell Max was.  Focaccia won with what seemed like spoken word or something. It was weird and from another lpanet and I had to give it to them.

Adam from Hello, I'm Shelly Duvall won a free birthday drink by doing an impression of Tom Brady kissing his son but on his girlfriend Miranda. It was confusing and weird, but really brought the room together. Miranda said that was not the first time she'd played a little boy and I didn't want to know the details.

In second place tonight was Hello, I'm Shelly Duvall with 59 points (surely helped out by the Tom Brady impression) and dominating with 72 points was Slurp Dogs. They were quiet in the corner the whole night and those are always the ones you gotta watch out for. Come back to Hyperion Public next week and we'll do it again with King Trivia fun!
