QUIZ RECAP

There’s nothing quite like a night at Idle Hour. Teams come from all around the city to join in the best show in all of NoHo: KING TRIVIA!

33 groups gathered for a night of revelry and riddles, led by yours truly. Without much ado (about nothing) we got down to quizness. 

Round One of course started with a tie, but this was truly massive: 15 teams toppled over each other for first place. However, by Round Two, Quiz Team-A Aguilera had already moved into second. 

Three Cool Boys waiting until Round Three to make their move, and the Wildly Inconsistent folk jumped into the leaderboard after Four. 

Our Drinking Round asked the question: Who was on the receiving end of the first EVER phone call. With what would become their new routine, Emergency Food took the win. And they never looked back. 

Round Five was a downright brutal slugfest as our top teams began lobbing doubles like they were made of them. Unfortunately, that reward also comes with a hefty bit of risk. Leveraging the stakes, Emergency Food jumped into a narrow lead with a single point over Quiz Team-A. 

The top two battled it out round over round, and in the end it was a mere few points that separated the scores. 

Our winners for the night were Emergency Food: All 'Tucker'd Out, Quiz-Team-A Aguilera, and Wildly Inconsistent.
