Idle Hour in North Hollywood is the place to be every Tuesday night for King Trivia! The patio and barrel were packed with teams eager to test their knowledge of taxes, cartoon characters, soap operas, prestigious awards, and much more over seven rounds of headscratching trivia. For our drinking round, contestants participated in an adult spelling bee, making their way through words like synecdoche, nihilism, gastroenterologist, mischievous, pulchritude, and ophthalmologist. In the end, Virginia's Good Eye had the smarts to beat out the teams for a well shot of their choice! Riding their victory, the team also clinched second place at 78 points, with Double Stuffed Oreo coming in behind at third place with 75 points. But it was Trivial Pursuit of Dat Ass that also pursued first place with a whopping 84 points with four successful double-downs! Our winning teams walked away with gift cards worth up to $35 at Idle Hour. Congrats to our winners--and a major thanks to all the people who participated last night!
