QUIZ RECAP

For my first ever game, I arrived at the venue at around 6:30 and was graciously greeted by the bartending staff. We started promptly and on time at 7:00PM, but sadly with only 3 teams wanting to participate. However, after the questions for the first general knowledge round were revealed, fingers were drawn away from pulleys and buttons and eyes peeled away from the arcade games, bringing the team number count all the way up to 9. Even the pinball wizards of LVL Up had their interest piqued. Regardless of the head start advantage that those initial 3 teams had, the following teams didn't miss a beat. Utilizing the double or nothing, teams went head to head throughout the 7 rounds, making it a toss up every time the standings were read. When it came down to the last and final round we had in third place winning a $5 gift card to LVL Up, the team who willingly call themselves, "Ask My Balls," with a total of 37 points. In second place only by 2 points was, "Quizzie Mcguire" with 39 points happily taking home 2x the rewards as their competitors with a $10 LVL Up gift card. The holy rollers and winners of the whopping $30 gift card to the Pruneyard Shopping Mall was "Fat Kyle & the Boys" with a shining 44 points! It seems like for these winning teams, it wasn't their first rodeo and I have a feeling that we won't be seeing the last of "Ask My Balls" next Sunday when they come back to fight and claim their rightful spot as winners.
