Ah, can you smell that? Smells like a few of my favorite things. Apple cider...crisp leaves...a high-scoring game of triv...and all your regular teams.
Y'all Motherfuckers Need Science made a triumphant return, finishing first with a whopping 66 points. Their scientific knowledge served them well through multiple rounds of double or nothing.
Speaking of doubles, twins, twos, seconds, Scratch and Sniff continued their not-quite-winning streak with a high scoring game just 4 points shy of our winners. This team keeps getting sharper every week, so they're one to watch...will they pull it off in October?
Last (place) but not least, former champs and current suckups Natalie's Favorites got a little bit of a downgrade this week. Despite their valiant 45-point effort, and despite all of them being lovely people, winners like winners. Maybe next time, Natalie's (now-second) Favorites.
