Another great trivia night at Marco Polo! 

I was greeted immediately upon entry by Team Missfits who are a staple at trivia nights now! It’s so fun getting to know them.

We had quite a few people hanging out tonight that decided to join us for the first few rounds of trivia. 

My favorite response was when Team Slaying accidentally mixed up Bono and Mariah Carey. Whoopsie!! As the self-described “queer team” (and all my best friends) they were ashamed to miss this one. It’s okay, they got Kinky Boots correct so they saved face. Their words, not mine! 😉 

As an Atlanta native, I always love coming across a question that features a hometown hero. I was pleasantly surprised to see so many people up here in the Pacific Northwest knew who Killer Mike and Run The Jewels are! 

I don’t have control of the music here at Marco Polo, but there is a jukebox where folks can select music and I was so excited to hear someone put on Run The Jewels after that question! They saw how excited I was and I consider that a pretty solid tip.

Team Damn Son had no problem making the connection in Round 5, but the other teams did a fantastic job on the first 9 questions. 

All in all, Team Slaying took home the top prize but our most involved teams all got top 3!
