Another great trivia night at my favorite Seattle dive bar - Marco Polo!
Lori and Don of Team Missfits were shooting pool when I arrived and assured me they were bringing their game faces this evening. And they absolutely did!! They were right in second place for almost the entire game.
Our strong regulars Scratch and Sniff didn’t have Team Goblins to go up against this week and totally thrived. Don’t tell the Goblins this, but they probably would have smoked them even if they were here! Or do tell them, we love some healthy competition! 😉
I did have a bit of a giggle when someone thought Tucker Carlson was a news anchor for MSNBC. Can you imagine!! Perhaps the world would be a better place if he switched sides…
Also - the classic Gershwin Brothers/Doobie Brothers mixup happened! Every time! You can barely even tell them apart, hehe. 😉
In the end, Scratch and Sniff took home the win, but we had a heart-pounding tie breaker for 2nd and 3rd! Team Missfits managed to maintain their second place lead, Private Cousins swung into 3rd, and we all had an absolute blast!!
