About Mollusk

Mollusk opened on Halloween 2015. We are South Lake Unions newest and oldest brewpub. We focus on the craft of brewing and cooking, utilizing modern technologies and improvements to the industry while honoring time-tested technique and methods.

 

Being in the Northwest means we have access to wonderful produce and use local sourced products as much as possible. Our menu changes with the seasons and we serve as much food from scratch as we can, whether it be charcuterie, bread or vinegar.

In what became the best turnout that Mollusk has seen for trivia a tough round lead to Los Tejones winning the game. This was not without a scare, after round 7 Los Tejones was tied with Fire Gang for the lead, but Los Tejones was able to win the Tie Breaking question.

The bartenders remained undefeated as they scored 34 points to eke out a victory that meant they did not have to pay out any beer to the players.

A tough group of questions kept the score low, but teams like Nickels pickles and I drank too much gave it their all.

Regardless of score all teams had a great time and Monday at Mollusk continues to be an awesome trivia venue.
