About Mollusk

Mollusk opened on Halloween 2015. We are South Lake Unions newest and oldest brewpub. We focus on the craft of brewing and cooking, utilizing modern technologies and improvements to the industry while honoring time-tested technique and methods.

 

Being in the Northwest means we have access to wonderful produce and use local sourced products as much as possible. Our menu changes with the seasons and we serve as much food from scratch as we can, whether it be charcuterie, bread or vinegar.

While the teams may not have had the highest scores, everyone was in the highest of spirits as Mollusk churned out another solid night for trivia. In the end  two member team, Better with Bacon, was was able to best the rest of the pack with a thin-cut 2 point win. Right behind them was the mainstay, The Druken Clams, who were able to stumble to 42 points. In Third was the upstart Rice Rising, which was not able to rise as fast as the morning sun, and finished a distant third.

For the first time in Mollusk history three teams were able to best the bartenders en route to a free pitcher of beer.

All in all it was another fun night at a great brewery. Join us next week as we promise to have higher scores, and higher levels of fun!
