About Mollusk

Mollusk opened on Halloween 2015. We are South Lake Unions newest and oldest brewpub. We focus on the craft of brewing and cooking, utilizing modern technologies and improvements to the industry while honoring time-tested technique and methods.

 

Being in the Northwest means we have access to wonderful produce and use local sourced products as much as possible. Our menu changes with the seasons and we serve as much food from scratch as we can, whether it be charcuterie, bread or vinegar.

Despite beautiful Seattle weather, trivia at Mollusk was a packed affair with many people vying to be the top dog. In a all out brain offensive it was the Smartinis that was able to come out on top with 44 points.

Following right behind them would be one of Mollusk's regulars in The Drunken Clams who finished only three points off the lead with 41 points. In a battle for third place was The Hay Team and Ball Fondlers who each finished with 34 points. It went to a tie breaker round, and in this round the Ball Fondlers were able to best the Hay Team and grab that third place finish.

It was another fun packed evening with great food, drinks and a trivia host who is second to none. The winning team, who despite their team name, had no confidence heading into the game and came out as the top dog. They simply proved that any game can result in a winner for anyone.

Join us next week as they strive to win again, and many other teams challenge them for the pole position. I look forward to seeing you and many more!
