About Mollusk

Mollusk opened on Halloween 2015. We are South Lake Unions newest and oldest brewpub. We focus on the craft of brewing and cooking, utilizing modern technologies and improvements to the industry while honoring time-tested technique and methods.

 

Being in the Northwest means we have access to wonderful produce and use local sourced products as much as possible. Our menu changes with the seasons and we serve as much food from scratch as we can, whether it be charcuterie, bread or vinegar.

Facing the NBA finals is not the easiest task, but the trivia players at Mollusk were more than up to the task. In what became another great night a host of teams, new and old, came out in force to drink beer, eat good food, and most importantly play trivia.

In the end it was the Smartinis who were able to take this one thanks in part to a double or nothing success and scoring solid points in every other round. Only a point off them was The Phil Kessel Experience who jumped to the second spot by getting the double on the game's final round. Rounding out our top three was American Oak, who showed true grit and finished with a workman like 37 points.

While the NBA finals and MJ vs Lebron (MJ) debate rage on the media, the real action is at Ravenna on a beautiful evening in Seattle. Join us next week as it promises to be a great show!
