QUIZ RECAP

The VIBE:

Day 3 of my "TriviMaY World Tour" brought me to the intimate, artisan, and original Pacific Palisades Winery or better know to the locals as - Pali Wine. By no means is this a rowdy place, but as soon as the wine started aflowin' and the questions started acomin'...the players and staff kicked it up a notch and even drove a few non-players out-the-door. Haha. My kind of crowd.

The GAME:

After three rounds, The VA-GENIUSES and Pawnee Goddesses were both tied at 16 and Clean Clothes Goblins and My Best Friend Leslie were both tied at 7. So in some weird 3rd grade bonus math problem sorta way, each team had their own competition to beat. Weird right? Well, whatever...I thought it was cool.

In Round 4, I quickly learned that I had just met 12 people who had never seen Tombstone.

On the other hand, Round 5 showed me that at least 12 people had eaten at Voodoo Doughnuts. (Although, one lady was not a fan of their slogan - The Magic Is In the Hole. But I will disagree by saying that the beauty of those words can be found within....ummm....)

Round 6 was a solid round of video game mathching! Points for everyone!

Round 7/Final showed how competitive one can be when trying to name Keanu Reeve's highest grossing films. Lake House? Speed 2? Oh boy. You people will stop at nothing.

The RESULTS:

Finishing in 4th place but winning the coveted Drinking Round were the Clean Clothes Goblins with 16 points.

The duo of My Best Friend Leslie played a solid 18 point game.

My gynecologist female friends - The VA-GENIUSES - were a fun time racking up 29 points.

But playing a strong final three rounds....nobody could catch the GRAND CHAMPIONS OF THE NIGHT.....
