About Paragon

Allen Adams was born and raised in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley and has over twenty years of experience in the restaurant, nightclub and bar business. Allen cut his teeth managing the The Shark Club in downtown LA. While working at the Shark Club, Allen learned the importance of treating customers in such a way that garnered incredible loyalty and a multitude of return clientele. Allen moved on to be the bar manager of the Seafood Broiler and Milano’s Italian kitchen. Allen always strived to create a personable environment where the customer would feel comfortable and want to be a part of. He always puts the customer’s needs first and foremost. Allen decided after years of being in the business to venture out and open the Paragon Bar and Grill. Along with partner “CJ” Willis, their goal was to create a place in Northridge that would give the feel of going to Hollywood or Downtown, without the long drive or potential pretentiousness.

Everything we do here at Paragon Bar and Grill is prepared fresh, from our handmade cocktails, to our snacks and all of our food. Our menu was created by executive chef Greg Schroeppel. Greg has worked with Wolfgang Puck and has done a great job putting a menu together for you. Our goal is to provide the best service, drink and food in the Valley.

Well, the football game ended in a hockey-style brawl. Hard to forget a player wrenching off another's helmet and then trying to bash him with it. Yikes.

Our players vowed to keep it cleaner than that, thank goodness!

Irregardless, Quid, and Shrek kicked the game into high gear with successful doubles right out of the gate. Irregardless and Shrek then came right back in with doubles in round 3 as well. Round 4 turned out to be a wash with every team Guessing the correct Who at the 8-point clue.

Shrek really hit their stuff with a successful double in round 6, putting them firmly in the lead. Lucky they had a boy band expert with them tonight!

Irregardless also had a perfect score in round 6 but lacked the confidence to double. They still managed 2nd with their previous doubles.

The Flakers kept consistently high scores through the night, and while Quid had their double in round 2, they doubled in the final round and failed. The tie-breaker went to the Flakers, leaving Quid to settle for 4th and no prize this time.

All around a great crowd and a great game!
