QUIZ RECAP

Wednesday's are hopping at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia and if you haven't been, you're doing yourself an injustice and you're missing out on a ton of fun! This last week was no different as 65 players and 13 teams showed up to have some drinks and test their drunk brain recollection!

For the drinking round the task was simple. First, each team had to send up one of its players to compete, but the teams had no idea what the drinking round game was going to be. One by one the player chosen by each team had 15 seconds to say the name of the bar, Pickwick's Pub, as many times as possible. Whomever said it the most in 15 seconds, would win the drinking round and a round of shots for their team. Mighty Mighty Puffins secured the win by saying Pickwick's Pub 25 times in 15 seconds! Most impressive!

Mighty Mighty Puffins also came in second place and took home a $20 gift certificate by scoring 71 points! On the final round, they got all 10 answers correct, but they did not double down. Had they doubled down, they would have taken first place by 8 points! But taking free shots and a $20 gift certificate ain't a bad night!

Coming in third place with 61 points and taking home a $10 gift certificate, was Diversity Poster! Way to go team!

And in 1st place winning by 2 points because of their successful double or nothing in the final round, was team PTSDCC! They scored 73 points and took home the $30 gift certificate from under the Puffins' noses! Excellent job PTSDCC!
