QUIZ RECAP

We had a other fun night of King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills last night! 8 teams came out to try their hand at winning 3 gift certificates and a round of shots. 

For the Drinking Round, teams had to pick one member to come up and write their team name down on a sheet of paper. That was all a ruse for Quizmaster Danny to see which hand was their dominant hand. That's because for the Drinking Round he made each representative from the teams throw three darts with their non-dominant hand to see who could get the closest to the bullseye. And with just a beautiful shot just touching the outside ring of the bullseye, Fact to the Future won the round of shots! Sweet throw!

For second and third place, we had a tie breaker question asking how many movies were on Netflix as of May 2022. The tiebreaker was between Hanky Panky and The Headscratchers. Hanky Panky guessed 9500, and The Headscratchers guessed 865. The correct answer was 3012. So The Headscratchers took the second place prize $20 gift certificate, and Hanky Panky took home the 3rd place prize $10 gift certificate. Both teams scored 55 points. 

And coming in first basically holding on to the lead since the first successful Double or Nothing in the first round and whose score of 86 points could not be topped, was Team Default! Congrats you guys! Enjoy the $30 gift certificate!
