QUIZ RECAP

WOOOO! What a night of King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills on Wednesday night! Players were literally spilling out into the front patio, and both the front and back rooms were full of players ready to play trivia and have a blast! It was literally standing room only last night as the bar was full up. It was probably a record crowd last night of players playing the game. Very rarely have we ever come close to the amount of people that came last night to play! They answered questions about a wide range of topics From MLB World Series winners since 2015, sets of famous TV shows, Movies and lines from those movies with the title in the line of dialogue, quiet things, dance, and Sting! It was quite a mix!

For the Drinking Round, we probably had the largest game of Rock Paper Scissors ever to be played at Pickwicks! Each team sent up a player to represent them, and each player faced off against another player for a best 2 out of 3 games to determine a winner for that round. We kept playing until there were only two teams left, Granny Panties, and You're Killing Me Smalls faced off against each other to determine the winner of the shots, and it was close as both teams were tied with a win at one apiece, but ultimately, You're Killing Me Smalls took home the round of shots! Way to go!

Coming in third place for the evening and taking home the $10 gift certificate was team Hanky Panky! They are usually in the top 3 and last night was no different! They scored a whopping 69 points, which on most nights is good for the win, last night unfortunately, was only good for the 3rd place prize. Not a bad night however!

In second, and just edging out Hanky Panky by 1 point, was team Friends of Dorthy! They scored 70 points and took home the $20 gift certificate for their team! What a night!

And last but not least, winners of the $30 gift certificate first place prize, and runners up in the Drinking Round, team Granny Panties! They scored a whopping 82 points securing their victory handily over all other teams! What a round! Way to go to all the teams!

And that wraps up the recap for last night's King Trivia game at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills! I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the entire crowd of people there that came out to play. In my 15 plus years of hosting trivia, I have never seen it as full of King Trivia players as I did last night!
