Gus & the Ruckus took a slight early lead, but it did not take We Own This Place long to catch up. Cloud 9 entered the game in round two with a huge handicap; I salute those who play for love of the game, rather than for prizes.

The funguy maintained a solid third position all night. That is, until the drinking round. Each team was given ten ping pong balls to land in a cup; most ping pong balls in wins. Gus & the Ruckus and The funguy both managed two balls, leading to SUDDEN DEATH. But only The funguy managed to sink another ball, so they won a free round of Red Sash Brewing beers.

That business concluded, our first and second place teams fought hard in rounds six and seven. We Own This Place took first with 38 points and Gus & the Ruckus took second with 35.
