Happy August! The evening was a comfortable 80-something degrees compared to the scorcher that was last weekend. A few teams from previous trivia nights participated in the festivities. Also, there were some new teams that were pretty dang skillful when it came to trivial knowledge. Okay, here are the best bits of the game!
The teams had to guess the name of the queens in media for the visual round. Round three questions were stealth sneaky. Hip-Hop mogul and "best rapper alive" Sean Carter, but he's best known by his stage name Jay-Z, was the "Guess Who" of the evening. Round five was mighty like a mouse. The player were asked to match the TV series to the US cities and states they're set in. And in the final round, the contestants had to list off the 10 brightest natural objects in the sky. Onto the winning teams of the evening.
Previous winners Medio-core were second-to-last with a score of 31 points. Another familiar name from trivia night, The Droids You're Looking For, placed second with 48 points. And climbing up to first place was No Babies At The Bar earning a whopping 64 points. They did have a baby at their table, it could be one of those baby geniuses. Hahaha!
It was a tight game. All the final scores from each team was pretty good. Everyone really put their all in. Outstand job, guys! This was a fantastic night of trivia. This is Brittany, your Quizmaster, signing off!
