Once again, thank you all for coming out for a special night of questions, beers, and bonding.
We had 5 incredible teams playing. Noone walked away a loser thanks to all the Harry Potter memorabilia that had been donated to me.
Also, special thanks to Barbara for donating some items for our little food table. If I can say one thing about our little venue it is that we have huge hearts and care.
The night was full of laughter and a terrible rendition of Happy Birthday lead by myself for Beth. It was cringe worthy but I hope the meaning didn't fall short.
Every round seemed to be a hit, even if the answers were unknown the wrong answers were just as impressive. What a wild crowd.
Round 5 (find the connection) was clearly the greatest round of the night. After the answers were in we all listened to "Mambo No. 5" and I couldn't count the number of people that joined in to sing. Oh boy, supressed memories are the best.
My favorite round was Round 7 (High Moon). I couldn't tell if people were serious or not. Most answers were referenced either Transformer or Greek Mythology. I chuckled a bit when I read Omnicron.
It was clear by round 5 that the Redbeard Irregulars had captured first place. So many big brains in the room but they left with one one Big Brain Trophy for the mantle.
Shoutout to the best team name of the month "Virgin in Space" is also the name of my Star Trek fanfiction. I love this crowd, so witty and energetic.
Once again, Thank you all for joining.Trivia wouldn't be the same without even one of you!
