About Rescue Brewing Company

We chose this location in Historic Downtown Upland because it is the heart of Upland. Our goal is to create a space that is family oriented and a place the community can come together by having a relaxing time tasting our specialty craft beers as well as strolling the shops of our neighboring retails stores. Our mission is to give back to our community.by giving a portion of our proceeds from special events, merchandise and beer sales to our local heroes....Law Enforcement, Fire Department, Military, local Charities and Animal Rescues.

Trivia Night Recap: Eve of Christmas Eve week?

Eight teams convened at Rescue for the final trivia of 2024... and boy, did we have a fun one! Want a recap of the night? Well, read on, my friends!

Round One: KABAM5 blasted off to an early lead in the General Knowledge round, proving they were anything but trivial. Meanwhile, The Guzzlers were busy wondering if the answer to every question was “beer.”

Round Two: KABAM5 and The B-Sharps tied it up like a Hollywood charity gala with their knowledge of Celebrity Philanthropists. Who knew Bono’s sunglasses were tax-deductible?

Round Three: KABAM5 kept the rhyme-time magic alive in Complete the Phrase with Two Clues That Rhyme. They were “clearly cheery” while the other teams were just “confused and bruised.”

Round Four: No surprises here—KABAM5 continued their reign in the Guess Who: Warren Buffett Edition. Turns out they know their Oracle of Omaha trivia better than Warren knows his own net worth.

Round Five: KABAM5 proved they were five steps ahead of the pack in Find the Connection, while The Con-Quiz-tadors were still trying to connect the snacks on their table to the questions.

Drinking Round: The Guzzlers lived up to their name, crushing the Fruit by the Fruit Challenge in record time. Their secret weapon? Speed-eating watermelon-flavored chaos. KABAM5? Hydrated but humbled.

Round Six: Back to business, and KABAM5 once again dominated with Matching Quotes to Holiday Movies. Their secret? Knowing every line from Elf by heart. (Cotton-headed ninny-muggins, anyone?)

Round Seven: The final round about 10 Best American Universities saw KABAM5 lock in the win. The Guzzlers claimed they misheard it as “10 Best American Breweries,” and Let It Reindeer demanded extra credit for singing the Harvard fight song.

Final Recap: KABAM5 came, saw, and KABAM-ed their way to victory. Meanwhile, There’s No Crying in Trivia was… crying in trivia. Better luck next time, teams!

King Trivia is dark for the next two weeks, but will return on Wednesday, January 8. Happy Holidays, everyone!
