QUIZ RECAP

This was a fantastic nite of trvia!! There were a few lead changes early on, and some teams coming out of nowhere to gain some ground (Humulus Lupulus with the 10 points on the Who Am I round!) But it was round 6 and successful doubling down that brought Brews Willis and the Big Booties into contention for first place!! Brews Willis, our awesome hosts @ Sanctum Brewery who play with us every week ended up winning the game. However, you can't win prizes @ your own gig, right?!?! Which means the Big Booties took home first prize which included not only the 1st place gift card, but a bottle of the newest Sanctum Brew as well!! What made it even more fun was a tie breaker between We Don't Know Shit and Let's Get Down to Quizzness!! At first they both thought they'd have to settle for tying for 4th place and just missing out on a gift card. But since Brews Willis can't win their own prizes, We Don't Know Shit edged out on the tie breaker and claimed their 3rd place prize, as well as winning the beer round!! All in all, a fun nite indeed! I'm encouraging Brews Willis to sign up for league play, they're a couple of smart cookies!! And while they can't win their weekly prizes at their own gig, they might have a chance at winning some dough in league play! So other teams, beware!! Thanks again Sanctum for making King Trivia a fun evening for all of us!!!
