About Schilling Cider House

Seattle's only 100% craft cider tap house, with 8 dedicated Schilling cider taps, 24 rotating taps, 2 of which are on Nitro. We feature predominately PacNW ciders, but frequently have craft ciders from England, France, Spain and of course the rest of the USA. We specialize in "you call it" flights of 6 ciders, but have 10oz and pint pours of course!

We have zero corkage on bottles and are the perfect place to get a growler fill of your favorite cider below 7% ABV. We don't have food, but you can bring in whatever food you like to pair with your cider and we host monthly potlucks.

Free Wi-Fi and games are available, so pull a stool up to our big shared tables and make a new friend!

Schilling Cider House was packed to the rafters on this Monday holiday, and everyone was feeling festive! Our 9 teams, some regulars and a whole lot of new faces, brought a great energy to the bar and kept this quizmaster on her toes with some fiery debate and a high-scoring game.

The question set was right up this crowd's alley, with every team correctly picking the Mona Lisa as Round 4's "Guess What," three teams successfully doubling down in our allergy-themed Find the Connection round, and almost every team coming within 2 Game of Thrones characters of a perfect Round 7.

Two teams deserve a special shout-out for posting some of the most impressive scores that this venue has ever seen.

Apple kicked off the night with an early lead and were no slouches throughout the rest of the game, closing it out with 81 points. On any other night, that would have been a first-place game...but the competition was just too tough!

Their friendly rivals, regulars Cowboys Suck, may have set a Schilling Cider record with an incredible 88-point game after four - count 'em - successful Double or Nothing rounds. Needless to say, they walked away with a gift card and some serious bragging rights.

Can Cowboys Suck break their own record next week? Will Apple return to knock them out of the top spot? Or will My Long Lost Appendix clinch that coveted win?
