On this cold November evening, you could have been snuggled up at home watching the hour and 40 minute action-drama Drive starring Ryan Gosling, but those at Short Path Distillery had other plans and that hour and 40 minutes was spent doing trivia! The night was filled with questions, laughs, and top 40 hits from the 90s and 2000s. Construction workers were outside filling holes in the ground while players inside were filling blanks on their phones vying for a spot on the podium and an SPD gift card. Though the crowd was sparse in the beginning, it grew to a sizable yet personal show. With teams like Cookie Monsters and Triviasaurus Rex leading the pack for most of the night, it seemed the questions were just easy enough for the newcomers along with a sprinkle of tough ones for the seasoned players amongst them. For new quizmaster Conor, this acted as the perfect introduction to the venue where you'll be able to see him for the foreseeable future.
