It was a gorgeous day for some brunch-time trivia. Mimosas and trash talk were flowing with the great crowd at Society Kitchen.

Shazam (formerly known as I'll Have Another) jumped off with a great lead. This was mostly because they were the only group competing. Their infectious energy inspired nearby tables and late arrivals, and soon we had a real show on our hands.

Panteras finished their meal and had to bid farewell, kissing their chance at the top prize goodbye. Walk of Shame played a quick game of catch up and rocketed into a first-place tie with Shazam coming into Round 4.

Find the Connection found all three remaining teams firing on all cylinders, but it was the Round 6 handout that separated the Art Majors from the rest of the pack. Even though they forgot to double down, Champagne Bell found themselves at the top of the leaderboard.

With the winner's circle set, and free mimosas coming around courtesy of a grateful staff, the teams finished with smiles on their faces.

Champagne Bell earned top honors, with Shazam and Walk of Shame close behind. They arrived without expecting a King Trivia competition, but they left as champions.
