QUIZ RECAP

I have always wondered how a couple of my best teams at different venues would match up against each other. Tonight it happened! Like a surprise party, 3 teams from other trivia nights, showed up unexpectedly! While it was great seeing my regular teams, I was even more excited for the outcome! They did not disappoint!!!

House regulars Two Stooges, took the early lead with a double in round one. Manfeelings, (from the original Sports Harbour in Marina Del Rey) and Our Combined IQ Is..., (from Pitfire Pizza in Manhattan Beach) both got round one perfect, but did not double! Wee Woo, (also from Origional Sports Harbour) and Manfeelings both got all of round 2 correct, but again...no double! Four teams doubled round 3, meaning five teams were neck and neck. Manfeelings took a 9 point lead in round 4 as a few teams guessed wrong! round 5, all teams did well, keeping things status quo. Round 6, Manfeelings got all the answers right, but chose NOT to double! All the other teams teams in contention DID double correctly, four teams separated by 1 point going into the final round. Three teams doubled correctly, one team did not. In the end, Our Combined IQ Is...Took home the prize with that one extra point! Manfeelings came in second, but don't feel bad...they won the free shots round!
