First night at a new location, Stan's Blue Note, purported to be the oldest bar in Dallas. Founded in 1952, so that's hard to refute. Stan's is located in the Lower Greenville area of Dallas, a happening area. Eight teams registered, one dropped out early, three left early, leaving four teams to battle for the prize (bar food), which was quite good, by the way.
Stan's offers a steak special on Friday nights before the Trivia, plus a Happy Hour leading up to it.
Blue Shirt Guy got a late start, missing the first two rounds, but finished third anyway. Lloyd Christmas was all over several of the questions, nosing out the Good Guys for first. In this case, two was better than, eventually, five (people). The difference was basically in the dreaded picture round with a big six identified by Lloyd C. Lloyd also jumped on the chunnel ahead of the others.
