Tonight's game was intense AF!!! With scores at Round 6 being 31, 32, and 33, there was no way I was casting any bets on which teams would place what. Framy head their lead throughout half the game, but even after a double-down mishap, Lieutenant Dan's Legs managed to catch up and knock them down to second place just in the nick of time. A first place win wasn't enough for Lieutenant Dan's Legs -- they also claimed their free TGI Fridays appetizer on a riveting game of High/Low, where "Ace" and "Eight" are not even remotely the same thing.
We were thrilled to have King Trivia newbies The Bang Gang join us. They gave everyone a run for their money on all things star/medical condition-related, and wound up with the third place win -- not a bad birthday treat! They got really into it and helped fire up the crowd, so I hope to see them again next week!
I felt the love coming back from a month-long TGI Fridays hiatus -- it was great to see familiar and new faces alike! You were all missed! *muah!*
