The Dudes’ Brewing Company is a Torrance-based craft brewery founded in 2013. The Dudes’ specialize in innovative approaches to classic beer styles designed to appeal to casual beer drinkers and craft beer fanatics alike. The Dudes’ current offerings include: Double Trunk Double IPA, CalifornIPA, Grandma’s Pecan English Style Brown, JuiceBox Series: Blood Orange Amber, JuiceBox Series: Peach Berliner Weisse, Bohemian Hopsody Session IPA, The WRug White Russian Imperial Stout, Kölschtal Eddy Blonde Ale, Surfrider American Pale Ale as well as other seasonal offerings.

Wonderful night at the Dudes! Ended with 9 teams this time around, but all were invested and stoked to play trivia. These last two weeks I have loved seeing the energy of this venue and the love for trivia! This includes the staff as well, who have helped me feel welcome.

New King Trivia prizes! 1st place winner receives 4 $5 Dudes' coupons, 2nd receives 3, and 3rd receives 2. Happy to be going back to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places prizes as opposed to just one 1st place. And people were excited to receive them -- it'll bring them back to trivia for sure!

We had Don't Forget to Vote and Turds of Prey neck and neck up until the "Guess Who?" round, in which Don't Forget to Vote guessed the wrong name when they handed the slip in at 10 points! Exciting for Turds of Prey to guess correctly at 6 points, which shows that even if you think you know the answer at 10 points you really never know!! After that, even though the two teams were often close, Turds of Prey came in with a win!

We had a tie for 2nd and 3rd! I had the two teams guess the tiebreaker question provided, and both guessed pretty low compared to the actual answer of 2,300,000 blocks. However, Don't Forget to Vote did guess closer, so they claimed 2nd place prize and MM-Back, frequent Dudes' trivia players, snagged 3rd. Everyone was happy!

I've had a GREAT two weeks hosting trivia here! Will miss this venue, and I hope to come back another time!
