Opened in January of 2015 and nestled in the heart of the historic Alexandria Hotel is the Little Easy, the latest venture from Downtown Los Angeles Bar Queen and former LA Derby Doll, Vee Delgadillo. The 2 room, 150 person space features a bar with comfortable living room seating and a small Southern hotel lobby feel in front, with a winding hallway that leads to an impressive indoor courtyard with large bar, working fountain, porch swing, ample seating and a stage for live performances and dee jays in back. The Little Easy is the perfect getaway for when you can’t really get away

The VIBE:

One again my DTLA was slow-to-the-go ....so I started the game at 745pm. No worries....as long as they brought their trivia brains!

 

The GAME:

Well, no surprise here that Gangrene Gang came busting out the gates in Round 1 to let everyone know that they were sorry they couldn't make it last week....in case you missed them.

Phat Tues were drinking and socializing a bit too much during Round 2/Pictures and completely forgot to turn it in. And yes I did remind them. 17 times.

Nothing exciting happened in Round 3 but that was because....

Round 4 was totally unexpected. Everyone seemed pretty confident in turning in several different wrong answers....except for Cat Daddy Plus One.....who decided to wait for their winning clue. Smart move!

Cat Daddy Plus One also had the best score in Round 5 ...which gave them their first lead over Gangrene Gang!

I tried a little Family Feud-ish aka America Says for The Drinking Round. I think it went well. It took some explaining...but once they got the hang of it....it was over. Ha

Round 6 was pretty solid overall with Tami & Liza pulling out their best round of the night. Nice matching, ladies!

Round 7 was a disaster. Everyone hated me for it. Popcorn and thorns of dying roses were tossed on stage. Coincidentally, Thorns of Dying Roses was the name of my emo-band back in high school.

 

The RESULTS:

The Fry Guys kept quiet but consistent all night and finished with 10 points.

The couple at the bar, The Hurricanes, always seemed like they REALLY wanted to do better than what their score was each round. Good fight! (11 points)

Phat Tues and Tami & Eliza played neck and neck and both finished with solid games (13 points and 12 points respectively)

Cat Daddy Plus One were outmatched in Round 6 ....but played a great game for 2nd place finish! (30 points)

And back to reclaim their #1 TOP SPOT.....it was.....

Gangrene Gang with 43 points!

Oh. One more thing.
