QUIZ RECAP

We kicked off Sunday evening trivia at Thunderbird as soon as the Gold Cup match between the US and Mexico went scoreless into halftime, but there was plenty of scoring to be had among the eleven teams that competed on Sunday night... and some points earned by answering trivia questions, too... HEY-O!

Successful double or nothings kicked off the match from Dan Mitchell Boothless, Between Two Robs, and Rejected by Irish Brides (when I asked about the team name, they said it was a long story... I'm going to guess there once were some lasses from Derry, who were giggling o'er glasses of sherry, when approached by these lads, interminable cads, dismissed their most salacious query!)

RbIB struck again with a second successful double or nothing in Round 2, as did White Sugar, pulling into second place. But Irish eyes were NOT smiling on their third attempt to drink from the double or nothing fountain, and they drifted behind Dan Mitchell Boothless. Boothless was ruthless through the rest of the game, maintaining the lead for the rest of the match, with Brides taking second, and Movers and Shakers shaking their way into third place.
