QUIZ RECAP

It was an historic evening on Tuesday with Stephen Curry setting the record for most 3-pointers in NBA history against Spike Lee's beloved Knicks. Not wanting to be left out, the 7 teams competing in trivia at Tubby Hook make their own mark on the record book.

There's only one trivia game left until Christmas -- despite what the pint glasses may be telling you -- and the contestants were well equipped with holiday cheer (and some with holiday jeers). It was announced early in the game that Sharper Than Peas were on a 4-week winning streak and it certainly seemed like everyone was ready to help bring them down with some early Double or Nothings. It wasn't until Round 4 that the record books were cracked open when we encountered the very first "Guess Who?" in which only 1 team guessed correctly (congratulations, Tito's, and in everyone else's defense, what really separates Nick Jonas from Joe Jonas?)

In the end, Sharper Than Peas' reign was halted at 4 weeks as #possumcore rode to victory. Newcomers Tito's took home the silver during their very first game failing on a Round 6 Double or Nothing only to then be the only team to nail it with a Round 7 hail mary.
