Twisted Sage Cafe opened its doors in March of 2011.  A warm and inviting family-owned business, Twisted Sage is continually changing and adapting to our customers’ needs.

TSC is committed to providing a high level of service in a relaxed atmosphere, with a twist on traditional sandwiches, burgers, salads, made from scratch soups and fresh baked pastries.

The easy-going, casual atmosphere and quick-service ordering accommodates the on-the-go customer as well as those wanting to sit and relax. We also accommodate local businesses with easy pre-order, delivery, and catering services.  TSC offers pet-friendly outdoor seating and water bowls for our furry friends, as well!

Another lovely evening at Twisted Sage. The food there is definitely the main event, but the teams seem to enjoy the Trivia side dish!

Not a high scoring game - a couple of difficult rounds, especially the 2nd "spot the Vampire" - where was True Blood complained several people ? (well, the Quizmistress did and, as I say at the beginning of every game, the Quizmistress is always right).

Close game all the way through. Stingo knew their musical terms and with a successful double down round 5 jumped to the lead, and the new team wannabes (who won the beer round) weren't able to catch, despite a good double down in the connections round. Ship of Fools, with the New Jersey contingent (aka my family) took 3rd.

A big thank you to my friend Angharad for keeping score and moderating the beer aka baking round. Congratulations to the teams who recognized the recipe for spotted dick!
