Two Saints' first night of King Trivia! Two teams were present at 7:00, so they got to compete against the Two Saints staff (team "tip your bartender"). Three more teams joined after Round 4, and they had an impressive showing despite starting after halftime.
Several rounds had impressive "double or nothings" reaulting in early leads tonight. Kudos to those teams for their confidence!
It's Northeastern University's first day of class, so we hosted a Massachusetts spelling bee at halftime. Contestants tried to spell Gloucester, Achushnet, and other localaties. Our town names are annoying, so teams elected to draw the bartender instead! Some entries were flattering, some were confusing, and some left us questioning our faith in humanity.
Since the house won, Two Saints offered $10 gift certificates to everyone who participated. See you all next week!
