Although California had cooled down from the recent heatwave, the trivia competition (and delicious melty pies) we're still as hot as ever at Woodstock's Pizza 🔥🔥🔥

While The Illiterators maintained a strong and steady lead that couldn't be overcome, some jostling at the podium resulted in a tie for second place after the final round, leading to a nail-biting tie-breaker question to separate silver from bronze — ultimately, UTI's wild guess turned out to be less wild than that provided by 501st Legion, thus earning them the coveted second-place finish 🥈

Walking away with tonight's funniest team name was John Tinklecock, who consistently made this quizmaster titter internally when reading the scores after each round 🤭

Once again, there were sadly no doggos on the patio to give belly scritches to tonight (a great opportunity to remind folks that Woodstock's Pizza is both kid- and dog-friendly! 👦🐶)
