In 2016, the Desert Brothers launched Angry Horse Brewing. In March of 2017 they opened up their first taproom and are now brewing and serving artisan craft beer in Montebello, CA.

We are cultivators of classic, yet distinct flavors. We pride ourselves on our artisanal approach and aim to innovate. We aspire to produce a quality product that enhances any occasion or culinary experience.

It was the last night for King Trivia at the Angry Horse and what a night it was! We had four great teams that each brought their a-game making the night's match a close neck-to-neck race throughout all seven rounds. Yet only one team could claim the coveted prize of first place and that was The Brewskis. Big shout out and thanks to the bartenders and waitstaff at the Angry Horse for helping to make each one of our games merry and keeping our competitors' (and Quizmaster's) thirsts quenched.

What a night of trivia! 6 great teams, all so different, yet united with the same goal: have fun and kick ass. Three teams made successful double-or-nothing plays in the very first round setting the tone for the rest of the game which could be described as nothing less than delightfully nerve-racking. One team sauntered into the game at round 4 with a successful 10 point guess stunning the entire room that were all stumped and eagerly waiting the later and lower point clues. 'Who are the new guys,' everyone wondered. 'Great play,' someone said. Well that mysterious team was none other than the Oldies and although they started our trivia game late, they stayed till the bitter end and helped fill our room with laughs and merrymaking. T-Rex had some dominating plays and I was pretty convinced that they would end up taking first place, but no sooner had I concluded my assumption than the Brewskis and Sloth Pimps began to turn up the heat. And hot it became! The Brewskis took first and thus ended another magical night at Montebello's number 1 brewery and bar.

'Twas a great night at The Angry Horse. Lots of teams full of exuberant play competed in seven rounds of pure trivia delight. There was shouting, laughing, and lots of smiling throughout the game making the atmosphere in the room warm, friendly, and wild. There were questions about sports, some about movies, others about music, and many others that included just about every category of culture one could imagine. The Brewskis sailed into an early and strong lead until Los Panthers made a daring double-or-nothing play that catapulted them into first place...but not for long. The Brewskis fired back with their own 20 pointer and never looked back making them the final victor.
