QUIZ RECAP

The competition tonight was fierce! Teams breaking up! Teams changing their names! Dogs saying "hi" in a very dog fashion! And this was all before we got started. 

We had a few successful Double or Nothing attempts (and a not so successful attempt) positions mostly stayed the same through the game with team Benedict Molly (formerly known as Team No Balls but went by the new moniker after a team member defected to start a new team) stayed in the front position for most of the evening, softening jockeying with upstart team Jean Luc Picard. 

It was a great night of fun at the Ballard Loft and hope you'll join us next week for more trivia and shenanigans!

QUIZ RECAP

This was such a fun night! The teams were highly engaged in the game, the questions were challenging. There might have been a few, "I should've known that!" sprinkled here and there. Curiously, no one tried going for a Double or Nothing round. 

For our drinking round, we went for the best Worst Singing of Your Favorite Song. Jeopardy Juniors knocked it out of the park with perhaps the worst rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner I have ever heard before our vocalist busted up laughing at just how bad he was and he received much applause for his effort. Harley, the six-month-old St. Bernard and team captain of the Wolf Pack barked in approval of the singing.

It was a great night and we can't wait to do it again next week!

QUIZ RECAP

Tonight's show was an intimate soiree! Our 3 teams battled it out in the fiercest of games and showed their grit and determination. King Kevin started off confidently enough, choosing to risk it all with a play at Double or Nothing right out of the gate. Sadly for team King Kevin, that sputtered out with a single wrong answer, netting them a big, fat 0. The Lofties and JAYZ were tied with that first round.

Over the course of the evening, the tides would turn, shifting back and forth between the three teams. Ultimately, King Kevin recovered from their initial slow start and came out on top, taking home the top prize and a t-shirt. Coming in second, team JAYZ turned their sorrows into treasured gold to steal a line from Adele. Even though Lofties came in last, they said how much fun they had.
