It was a rousing game in the basement, with Purple Monkey Dishwasher taking third place, Da Bears taking second, and the Pasadena Peeps, once again coming from a bad start with an unsuccessful double in the first round, to take first place. It was new comers, Thinking Maps, who won the drinking round, using the round 2 handout to construct the most impressive origami (see their turtle with runners up and the rest in pictures).

QUIZ RECAP
We had a lovely time this evening. For the drinking round, in honor of this day being when the first frisbee was produced, I asked the teams what other names the frisbee has gone by, and congrats to Where the White Women At?? for getting 3 out of 5 (disc, flying disc, flyin' saucer). No one knew about Pluto Platter or Whirlo-way. In the end, it was the drinking round winners who also took third, Pasadena Peeps took second, and Team Name dominated all night and took first with a considerable lead.

QUIZ RECAP
Tonight was a lot of fun. Full house, some new teams, and round 6 was dope! A guest also said "Best round 6 ever." It was a match the solo artist to their former music group. Played some Billy Idol and a Morrissey cover of the Pretenders, who were also on the list. And some Sugarcubes. There was a lot of back and forth on scores, but it was Da Bears who came in third, with PhilosoRaptors having the lead for part of the game but taking second, and props to Pasadena Peeps, the only group to know that a string quartet consists of a cello, viola, violin, and... ANOTHER VIOLIN.
