There's nothing like a rain storm to bring people indoors. Especially in L.A. Hence a crowd of new-comers to Bigfoot Lodge and Music Bingo. We whiled away the hours, over glasses of beer and 90s playlists, and at the end of the night, victory was reserved for Luis (twice), Meagan and Joanna. An absolutely fantastic evening for us all! Plus, there's something about the low light that just makes the axe-wielding stuffed animals that adorn the bar seem extra special.

Sometimes trying new things is a fantastic and renewing experience. For instance, tonight I had the chance to sample Bigfoot Lodge's "Roasted Marshmallow" cocktail, a delightful, surprisingly nutty little number in keeping with the bar's Pacific Northwest theme.
Tonight, several teams had a chance to try something new as well, as a sea of new and eager faces appeared for Music Bingo. The rounds were highly competative, the music was fantastic, with much-loved 60s favorites and emo classics rounding out the night.
