QUIZ RECAP
It was only my second time hosting at Blue Cue (the last time was over a year ago) and I was happy to back behind the mic at this bar and billiard room. Our rounds tonight ranged from movies that take place over the span of a single day (think Die Hard and The Breakfast Club) to Nobel Prize winners. Our teams were neck and neck through much of the night with scarcely three points separating them through nearly the entire game. This continued through our penultimate round which asked our teams about athletes with “The” nicknames (think The Great One for Wayne Gretzky). Going into our final round, team Just Drawing Blanks gained a four point lead over team Polka.
In the end team Just Drawing Blanks was able to hold onto the top spot and took the coveted first place spot of the night. I hope to see everyone at Blue Cue again soon!
