QUIZ RECAP

In a crowded field on Wednesday Night at Brouwerij West, the Pacific Coast Dogs took an early lead. Their victory barks are the reading of the scores every round inspired competition. The Awareness Spectrum Narcotics, Squidwards, and Cool Story Brew all battled it out with them and came within a few points of the top prize. However, in the end, it was that one person on "Where's My Whiskey" who was really into the Spice Girls that made all the difference and brought the team to ultimate victory.

QUIZ RECAP

Wednesday was an exciting night at Brouwerij West! We had a tiebreaker for third place, which was a great way to end the evening. Almost every team successfully doubled Round 2, which made for a tight competition during the first few rounds. There were many high scores this week. In the end, even though Turd Ferguson unsuccessfully doubled during Round 1, they came back with three successful doubles and went on to win the evening. Second place went to Hella Vella.

Our tiebreaker for third place was a close call! Mild Stallions beat out Jeffrey Dahmer's House of Ribs by only a few digits to guess the winning number. Thus, Mild Stallions walked away with the third place prize.

QUIZ RECAP

I feel like a broken record, but this week's game was just as close and exciting as the last several. These trivia teams are going to give me a heart attack from all this intense competition! This week Rejects from Hell we're out for revenge after losing a tie breaker and getting 4th place last week. They did double or nothing almost every round and got zero points for rounds two and three. I was sure that Rejects from Hell we're out of the game, but they proved me wrong. They kept up the double or nothings and got 20 points for rounds five and six and managed to grab third place. In second place we had the Mild Stallions, who of course did very well on a horse themed picture round. In first was GBNO who played a very consistent game and double or nothinged in round six to secure the win.

A final noteworthy aspect of the game was a team called Worst First Date, which consisted of a couple who was actually on a first date. I hope that the date went well, and it was nice to have love in the air in addition to the competition this week at Brouwerij West!
