About Butcher's Dog

We have 10 large HDTVs and show up to 5 different events on them (we love sports and hope you join us for all the great sports events coming up: UFC, NBA, NHL, Formula 1 Grand Prix, Rugby Word Cup, NASCAR races, Champions League, MLB World Series, etc.).

We have a beautiful patio with space heaters.

We pour great beers and wines, with 18 beers on tap, as well as crafted cocktails.

We have a great Happy Hour menu daily from 3pm to 7pm and ALL NIGHT on Mondays.

During these times $4 & $5  draft beers, $6 house cocktails, $4 well drinks and our selected house wines are $6 a glass.

With several teams successfully doubling in Rounds 1 and 3, a single successful solo double in Round 5 allowed JC's Bacon Dream to pull ahead and stay on top to take 1st Place. Pandemonium was able to fend off others for 2nd place by being the only team to pull 10 points after the first clue in Round 4. Jessica's Team's slow and steady performance was enough to squeak into 3rd place by one point, beating out Killer Watts.

Tonight's game actually saw several teams drop in and out of the top 3. Dilly Dilly came out super strong, but faded as the game marched on. They managed to pull a double or nothing in Round 7, allowing them to slip into 3rd place. Jessica's Team played slow and steady, taking 2nd place. And Dick Dead, who stumbled a bit in the early rounds, ended very strong, taking 1st place for the evening.

It just goes to show you that early double or nothing success - coupled with a slow and steady hand for the remainder of the game - carries the day. Both Hammer & Sickle and Quizzical managed solo double or nothings in the early rounds, giving them some cushion as the game progressed. With every team successfully going double in Round 6, Round 7 became pivotal. Four teams unsuccessfully doubled. Only two successfully doubled and one of the two squeezed into 3rd - the Felicities. Hammer & Sickle and Quizzical were wise to take no chances with a double and successfully landed in 1st and 2nd place. Great night at Butcher's Dog.
