Mindful… conscious or aware of something, mindfulness is being in the present moment promoting well-being and health, having compassion for all, taking time for what matters, enjoying life!

 

Brasserie [bras-uh-ree]… an unpretentious restaurant with a relaxed setting that serves drinks, especially beer, serving single dishes, hearty food, and other meals.

 

Supper Club… dining establishment with entertainment and dancing that also functions as a social club, with professional service and class, yet with comfort.

 

Our focus is on making great tasting soulful dishes with high quality ingredients, while having an equal emphasis on plant based and superfood dishes with naturally occurring health benefits. It’s a Southern comfort Cajun infused with California fresh… CaliforniCajun! Our priority is to have all dishes prepared in house, fresh made, locally sourced, use sustainable ingredients, while being drought sensitive and planet conscious as we can be every day!

 

By day with our express lunch, Campus JAX is better food… faster, for anyone who wants to eat better, has time-sensitive constraints, and wants reasonably priced… “better quality food”!

 

By night Campus JAX transforms into a full service, sit down dinner and Supper Club, complete with a full bar, Happy Hour, small plates, specialty drinks, music and dancing. Our goal is to feed your mind, body, and your soul!

 

Campus JAX is the place to be in the OC day or night! A great happy hour, small plates menu, dinner nightly, entertainment and dancing! (open for lunch, catering and special events too)

With more people than previous nights, but the same amount of teams, each team got way more competitive with almost each one with 4-6 players each.

SISTER ACT 3 and DRACARYS burst out of the gate with 5 points each in Round 1. KALE CAESAR caught up around 3, staying in 2nd place the whole way through. Literally every team doubled down in Round 6, adding 20 points to every score, but not affecting the standings.

In the end, SISTER ACT 3 got 1st, KALE CASESAR got 2nd, and DRACARYS and BIG KAHUNA had answere a tiebreaker question to decide who recieved 3rd. DRACARYS won the tiebreaker by a wide margin.

This was a tough quiz! SHE DRINKS COFFEE[...] was 1st right from the get-go. UNION and KENNA AND HOLLY stayed a couple rounds but had to leave early. It was great having them though!

The ranking stayed pretty stable throughout the night, but at Round 4, STICK EM WITH THE POINTY END edged out in front of SHE DRINKS COFFEE[...] and stayed ahead for two rounds until SHE DRINKS COFFEE[...] pulled ahead once again, keeping their two point lead until the end.

In the end, it was a really close game between the 1st three teams: SHE DRINKS COFFEE[...] with 49 points, STICK EM WITH THE POINTY END with 47 points, and DON'T BE SHY with 46 points.

KALE CAESAR got out of the gates fast in the first round, but first-timers JACKSAUCE zoomed past the pack after doubling down in Round 2. They kept ahead for the rest of the night, even with latecomers CUPIE MUFFY doubling down in Round 3. In the end it was a tight race, with TEAM HAX and BARRY & HEATHER & LUCY neck and neck the whole way. In the end, second-timers KALE CAESAR fell to third, with CUPIE MUFFY in second, and JACKSAUCE clinching the victory by a wide margin.
