What a fantastic night for trivia. We had 18 teams competing for the top three prizes.

New Team Who Dis and Sharks on the Ark had an epic showdown of the wits to see who can take the King Trivia Crown!!

In the End Sharks won the battle and got 1st place. Followed by New Team and Master Debaters!!

19 teams - I will need to order more supplies! It was fun to sub again at this energy-filled, good-beer-serving venue! And there was a great set of questions to test their wits!

3 British questions in Round 1! I felt right at home! The teams made a tentative start...but with faith abounding 2 made a successful down in round 2 and, through ups and downs, they prevailed to 1st and 2nd place!

All transitioned somewhat sheepishly through round 3 to the Guess Who round....Guess what! Elizabeth Warren was a registered Republican AND the answer, which several teams very impressively got on the first clue.

The connections round was brilliantly tricky, and 3 vowels outside Claremont, California later Freedom Fighters had a successful double down to lengthen their lead. There was rearrangement in the 6th Sporting Movie round and some chewing over in the final round to lead to the final standings and the generous beer token gifts!

Thanks everyone for turning out! Welcome back to college (if appropriate) and Happy New Year.
