The first Trivia night of 2020 at Dave and Busters was a success despite the fact that overall attendance at Dave and Busters seemed lower than usual.

Managed to recruit 8 teams, mainly couples.

Fun fairly difficult game that was still exciting and a last minute double or nothing lead to a team moving from 6th to 2nd place.

It is becoming easier to recruit people to play trivia, maybe it's the holidays, maybe it's the $2 margaritas at Dave and Buster's, maybe it's just my natural charm and rapier wit.

This week, I managed to get 2 large parties to break up into smaller teams to play. We had a great time and a team that showed up during round 3 ended up taking 3rd overall.

Round 2 was pretty easy, but nobody knew Xenia (No Golden-Eye fans I guess). Even though everyone got excited about the round 7 question, nobody got them all right. I even had to resolve a dispute when someone tried to argue that Sonya should be included, but then I pointed out that she was not selectable.

Good times as usual. See you in 2020

Not as competitive a game as last week, but still very fun. Managed to recruit quite a few teams and even got 5 of them to register for the extra points. Round 2 and 6 were fairly easy this week and a few double or nothings came into play.

In the end, a team that told me "We probably won't stay the whole time" ended up winning the game.
